What do you do when you work out?
well, i run everyday on this machine called the cybex arc trainer, so its like stairs (you burn a lot of calories on it so i like it) and then i alternate my training: one day will be upper body (arms, chest, shoulders, back), the next is abs (crunches, an ab curler, ab coaster, c curve), and then i do lower body (everything in my thighs, hamstrings, glutes).
